Network Issues regroup multiple Network Events (ex: Session down/up, Latency warnings/errors, Jitter warnings/errors, Packet loss warnings/errors and DSCP Mismatch) affecting a single Monitoring Session during a period of time.

As soon as there is a Network Event raising an alert, a Network Issue is created. The Network Issue stays opened until everything is fine for 15 minutes. After that 15 minutes window with no Network Events, the Network Issue is closed.

Some Network Issues and Network Events are also sent by email to users depending on the organization notification settings.
